Position: Business Development Manager [ Specification ]

Reporting Manager: Project Manager (Region).

Location: Gurgaon(CyberCity), Mumbai (Goregaon(East), Andheri East), Bangalore (Basavanagudi, Ulsoor, Domlur)

Package: 11 lacs per annum [Negotiable]

Experience: Must have 4 to 11 years of experience.

Education qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Architecture.

Mandatory Skill's Required: Must be working closely with architectural firms, contractors corporates and Interior Designing firms in providing a contact for products and able to Target for Specification and Conversion to Sales

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Company : Enox Hardware India Pvt. Ltd.

Position : Business Development Manager.

Reporting to: Project Manager (Region).

Travelling : 10 days, Travelling

Job requirements:

Developing market for Project sales.

Work on projects by working closely with architects and consultants to ensure that ENOX products are specified during the design stage of projects.

Manage key accounts like architectural firms, contractors corporates and Interior Designing firms in providing a contact for products in their respective projects and also ensuring a support in the execution of won projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and deliver sales targets set in line with the Company vision and goals.

- Target for Specification and Conversion to Sales.

- Creating market for Project by increasing the market presence through personal rapport with the target clientele.

- Grow sales revenues vide increasing sales through Projects.

- Grow project pipeline by working closely with Architects / Contractors / Developers.

- Increase conversion from project specification opportunities and also through fabricators and OEMs.

- Develop and drive marketing activities relevant for increasing business revenue in the area.

- Ensure timely reports like forecasts, travel plans and visit reports are implemented within the team.

- Willing to travel 10 days a month.

Knowledge and experience:

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Architecture.

- Preferably from construction industry and with Institutional sales background.

- High degree of proficiency in MS Office; with strong presentation skills.

- Results-oriented and team player.

- Minimum 5-6 years- experience in a related field.

- Negotiation skills

- With existing network of contacts among architectural firms, contractors and real estate developers preferred.

- Strong familiarity with project management tools.
