Business Development Manager/Online Bidder - IT (3-6 yrs)
With minimum 3-year experience on bidding portals like Upwork, Elance, Freelancer, Guru, PPH etc. should have proven experience/excellent track record with medium & large size projects.
Job Requirements :
- The candidate must have proficient experience of minimum 2-year in online bidding field and must have excellent knowledge of bidding platforms with good technical understanding.
- International business development and client generation for Graphic Design, Website Design, website development, Web App development, Mobile application development etc.
- Strong Track Record of achieving targets individually.
- Ability to clearly understand clients requirements.
- Candidate should be comfortable with writing professional proposals for projects.
- Should have knowledge and experience in generating leads through social media, classified portals etc.
- Ensure that targets of sales set by the company are met.
- Target and develop new business opportunities.
- Ability to do market research
- Estimate projects in terms of time and costs
- Ability to handle multiple clients effectively.
- Should possess Excellent Communication & Analytical skills
- Ability to develop a business plan and strategy.
- Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in English, having the experience to deal with foreign clients
