About the Company- Logistics & Cargo Industry

Experience of at least 2-5 years as a BDE / BDM / SALES

(Preferably from - a ( Logistics & cargo Industry)

Location - Surat & Ahmedabad & Mumbai,

SALARY - SURAT - 25K to 30K - Ahmedabad - 30K TO 40K - MUMBAI - 30K TO 50K.

Job Description:

- Client Acquisition: Developing New Customers at the Origin through Sales leads, references and cold callings.

- Handling various types of containerised and non- containerised cargo on PAN- India basis including dry, reefer, hazardous, and out-gauge project cargo.

- Coordinating with shipping lines and exporters through emails and phone and generate Sales orders, Reports to be send on Competitive freight rates.

- Meet customers, submit comprehensive proposals, execute contract and follow up for their new shipment.

- Attending Exhibitions, Trade shows, if any, in consultation with your HOD.

- Identify new names every day, prospecting them and introducing new such customers to the company- increasing the sales graph.

- Exploring and developing new markets, after in-depth study of market dynamics and detailed revenue calculations.

- Utilizing market information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating new businesses.

- Customer Retention: Retaining the existing Client base with specific focus on increasing volume share keeping in line with long term mutual association.

- To analyse the viability of business considering budgeted targets in mind

- Negotiating contract terms with customers and developing tailor-made profitable business agreements

- The Implementing marketing strategies in line with customer preferences, and market dynamics. Devising marketing budgets and preparing sales forecast plans.

- Driving marketing initiatives to achieve business goals.

- Handling Export / Import for sales independently.

- Co-ordination with clients for Export / Import related matters

- To send weekly sales report to HOD / Management without fail.

Key Skills Required: -

- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Experience in customer relationship management.

- Business administration / commercial background / Industry experience

- Functional knowledge in Freight Forwarding & International Logistics Market

- Candidate must have rich experience in freight forwarding / International Business / Logistics Operations / Sales Strategies & Execution / Export - Import
