Business Development Manager - Leasing - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
- Channel partner development/ empanelment for leasing of commercial spaces
- Develops, communicates and executes the strategic leasing plan. (People, price & promotion)
- Receives requests from Departments, Divisions for lease of commercial space
- Negotiates lease terms based on parameters established by requesting agency including office/any other commercial space
- Prepares lease documents for approvals from all internal departments
- Maintains lease related database and spreadsheets to insure accuracy
- Monitors lease related database and spreadsheets to ensure that renewals and rent adjustments are handled in a timely manner
- Coordinates maintenance and repair activities at leased properties
- Processes and approves all billing invoices for lease related expenses
- Prepares lease reports and analysis
- Prepares lease property expense reports to assist in annual budget preparation
- Reviews leasing agreements, invoices and reviews revenue
- 3-6 Years of Relevant experience in commercial Leasing.
