The Ideal Candidate & their responsibilities: -

- We are looking for a passionate Account manager who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success. He/She will have to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.

- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers, visiting them on regular basis to understand new business opportunities.

- To handle existing customers grievances

- Translating clients requirement to the Backend HR team

- Looking for Candidates from Recruitments/ HR / Staffing background only.

- Good communication skills and efficiency in MS-Excel & MS- Powerpoint
