- Dsoft is hiring the Business Development Manager for SuvarnaSetu - Jeweler's Personalized Business App. Our specialized platform aims to elevate retail jewellers' business through personalized promotion strategies in app.
- The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving revenue generation within the assigned region through strategic client acquisition for our personalized business app by focusing on the target segment of retail jewellers. Job Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue growth within the assigned region as per decided strategy & planning in alignment with organizational goals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets with consistency.
- Implement effective sales tactics and initiatives to maximize revenue potential.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the jewelry retail and jewelry wholesale & manufacturing sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail jewelers to enhance revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the team to explore innovative approaches for business expansion.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for revenue growth and improvement.
5. Collaborative Approach & Regular Reporting:
- Cooperate and collaborate with cross-functional teams for better output.
- Adhere to structured reporting framework of daily, weekly, monthly regular reports to produce key metrics, milestones, and project updates with your regular reports.
- Open to feedback mechanism to make continuous improvements and address any challenges faced by you.
