Business Development Manager - IT Sales - Startup (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Convert qualified leads to revenue opportunities and sales closures through proactive follow-ups on the phone, email, meetings etc.
- Communicate the capabilities, benefits and value of 3E solutions in all interactions with the leads, prospects as well as customers
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with potential leads, prospects as well as customers
- Develop an awareness and understanding of the market, competitive landscape etc. and be able to present/position the
- 3E value proposition in relation to the customer context
- Use various online as well as offline business networking avenues such as LinkedIn, industry events etc. to reach out to potential leads, partners etc.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Love technology start-ups and are passionate about entrepreneurship and/or a career in sales or business development
- Can naturally make new professional connections and communicate effectively to them
- Are independent, self-motivated and can own as well as get things done with little or no supervision
- Are willing to learn, unlearn and adapt fast as we go through the start-up journey
- Are a graduate fresh out of college or have about 1-2 years of experience with outbound B2B technology sales, preferably in a technology start-up and/or in the education and training industry
