Business Development Manager - IT (2-5 yrs)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
A Business Development Executive duties will revolve under Four criteria
1. Identifying new sales leads
2. Pitching Products or services
3. Bidding on portals
4. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Generating new leads will include researching online about organisation and also identifying needs of clients and also contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport to set meetings and identify new marketing initiatives. This person also has to prepare quotes and proposals and also have to train personnel and helping team members to develop their skills
Education and/or Skills Require:
This person should have an achieved degree in MBA OR BE and sufficient knowledge of that field. And following skills require in this profile:
1. Presentation skills
2. Sales display skills
3. Negotiating skills
4. Strong communication and IT fluency
5. In-depth knowledge of industry
6. Ability to meet deadlines
7. Skill in Prioritizing and triaging obligations
