Business Development Manager - International Sales - Semiconductors (10-12 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Achieving the set annual sales target
2. Working with International distributors in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, South East Asia, Germany, Italy, France
3. Direct Sales in US
4. Techno-commercial discussion with customers and writing customer requirements
5. Coordinating the technical evaluation and ensuring the success
6. Working with Application and development team for customer success
7. Developing the sales funnel
8. Monthly, quarterly and annual forecast
9. Keep track of new technology developments at customer site
10. Report customer voice
11. Key member of the company management team
12. Start with individual role and build sales team of two to three member over a period of two years
Skills/Experience Requirement :
1. Total 10 to 12 year experience in sales
2. 4 to 5 year in Test and Measurement industry
3. Good understanding of test and measurement products such as Oscilloscope
4. Logic Analyzer and Protocol Analyzers
5. Knowledge in SOC/ASIC design flow
6. Pre and post Silicon validation knowledge
7. Qualifying the sales opportunity
8. Proven experience in converting prospects into customers
9. Experience in using the CRM tool
10. Very good in written and spoken English
Qualification :
- B.E / M.Sc in Electronics and Communication
- Should able to carry our domestic and international travel in short notice
