Business Development Manager - International Sales (5-10 yrs)
Job Role:
Responsible for acquiring new customers through outbound calling, international event participation and effective use of Linked In/Social Media
Responsible for driving a lead through a complete sales funnel including rapport building, requirement understanding, proposal creating (with the help of technical team), negotiations and closure.
This is a target driven profile in a proven process with an attractive monthly incentive package.
Structured and process driven approach is expected. Experience of using CRM software will be advantage.
Skills:
Selling, influencing and negotiation skills
Grammatical error-free spoken English skills & e-mail communication skills
Energetic, self-starter, able to think outside the box
Understanding and experience of US market & US VISA will be an advantage
