Business Development Manager - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, Develop and maintain prospective client
- Identify potential client based on company strategies
- Map the industry/ market
- Identify the decision makers at client place
- Risk profile the client based on the nature of industry
- Educate the client about risk exposure and suggest suitable covers
- Attain Revenue targets
- Interact and correspond with prospective clients and optimize the upsell and cross sell business based on risk profile of the client.
- Coordinate the with the internal servicing team, Insurer and TPA/ surveyor
- Negotiate with client for efficient services delivery at profitable fees.
- Present solutions to clients with value for money preposition.
- Business ethic to be strictly adhered.
