Business Development Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Research Indian sports and arts academies, both online and off.
- Get in touch with customers to increase revenue and encourage the use of our goods and services.
- Manage any escalations and provide clients with training on how to use our goods and services.
- Work together to improve and develop the product with the tech and product teams.
- Establish and nurture connections with influential decision-makers at potential client companies.
- Work together with the product and marketing teams to create and modify sales collateral and services for corporate clients.
- Work together with internal groups to guarantee client retention and satisfaction.
- Make a good number of in-person appointments for the day by actively engaging with prospective clients.
- Establish and nurture connections with customers by offering outstanding support and responding to their enquiries.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
