Job Description-Business Development Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identification and segregation of potential clients in the vertical
Revenue generation through new account acquisition
Achieving sales target through implementing sales process-
- Customer coverage through field visits to meet decision takers.
- Understanding customers- business needs for positioning the right services & products.
- Presenting company capabilities and Solutions/ Services of HR Anexi to HR Head, CEO & MD
- Creating Minutes of the Meeting, Approach Note, Concept note, Proposal, agreement for internal & business purposes
- Ensuring that service delivery follows the required quality standards of acquiring regular client feedback and making corrective action(with the help of delivery team)
- Deliver accurate and timely business reports by carrying out customer interactions and market analysis.
- Building Market Intelligence in terms of new customers, industrial associations, competitive activity and pricing
- Contributing to design and implementation of innovative and cost effective brand building activities
- Deliver accurate and timely business reports by carrying out customer interactions and market analysis.
- Achieve Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly Targets as assigned
- Upgrading Self with Company Products and Market Trends
Desired Candidate:
Experience: 3-5 years
- Ability to stretch & have a winning attitude
- Ability to create customized documents in sales process, good knowledge in PPT & Microsoft word
- Willingness & ability to learn
