Business Development Manager - Horeca Channel - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
Experience: 5 to 8years of proven experience in HORECA
Skill: Dynamic and enthusiastic candidates who are a pro at managing HORECA SALES.
Responsibilities :
- Developing & exploring potential avenues for achieving business growth in HORECA/ Institutional Business
- Scheduling meetings with existing key customers & new institutional clients
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms and addressing their complaints and issues.
- Defining monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, market share and activation in the region
- Reviewing and Reporting: Collate data and prepare reports to track various parameters e.g. Sales Efficiency, Sales Achievement.
- Working closely with in house Operations & Production Department to ensure the availability & timely delivery of products
- Must be able to communicate and maintain relationships with Admin managers, purchase managers, F&B managers, chefs & General Managers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
