Role & Responsibility :
- BDM is responsible for creating and overseeing a bid - a detailed, costed, persuasive proposal - on behalf of one organisation to gain a business contract or offer of work from another. His/Her role is to ensure that bids are successful at a price at which their organisation can make a profit.
- You are responsible for acquiring new clients and figuring out emerging opportunities in the global market. . Generating Business for Web, Mobile application, & Software designing & development Services, Virtual Reality Projects, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities
1) Must have 7+ yrs of working experience in Bidding on various online portals like Online Bidding, UpWork, Guru, Freelancer, Cold Calling, Linkedin Marketing, email Marketing.
2) To generate leads for website designing, development, software development, android and ios apps development projects and convert them into revenue.
3) Upwork & Guru Bidding Strategy Identifying opportunities for bid submission and raising them with the Bid Management team Scheduling meetings with clients and demonstrating company services and gather requirements.
4) Analyzing clients requirement and crafting persuasive and detailed proposal. Addressing concern of clients with the team
5) Identify and develop opportunities with new as well as existing client base
6) Scheduling meetings with C level clients and demonstrating company services and gathering client requirement.
7) Analyzing client requirements & drafting business proposals accordingly
8) Fulfilling all aspects of successful sales cycles
9) Achieving monthly & yearly sales target
10) Maintaining sales report and weekly schedule of planned activities
