Business Development Manager - Corporate Training Products & HR Services (4-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create new business contacts through leads generated by self and by Inside Sales team.
- Identify and meet prospects' decision makers, follow up and should have the ability to convert them to clients.
- Should have clarity in approach, presentable, listening skills and polite enough to figure out opportunities in sales calls.
- Meet a prospect anytime face to face and walk them through the process, applications / tools.
- Should be able to upsell, cross-sell and referral generation in the course of business.
- Meet quarterly targets.
- Candidates with B2B client acquisition for Corporate Training Products and (HR) services will be ideal match.
Skills:
- Very good in verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Very good listing and articulation ability.
- Excellent presentation, persuasion, audience handling and sales closing skills are a must.
- Ability to work in a startup mode and desire to work in a high pressure environment and deliver results.
- Must possess advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Candidates with background in Hotel Management, BPO, Customer Services will be nice.
- Honesty, transparency in communication is a must.
