For 1st BDM CTC would be Rs. 10 LPA (Negotiable for good candidate)

(Role will include Hunting + Farming Business)

For 2nd Assistant BDM CTC would be Rs. 6 LPA (Negotiable for good candidate)

(Role will include only Hunting Business)

Job Description :

- Sales Experience of 6+ years in selling IT services to corporate customers.

- At least 5+ years hunting experience preferably in the IT Services Industry with a successful track record of creating new accounts and sustaining long-term relationships with C levels

- Well versed in Concept / Solution Selling methodologies with an knack for unearthing business issues and articulating value propositions.

- Team worker, capable of working with the Delivery teams to meet and exceed customer expectations by proposing value added solutions

- Result oriented, high energy, self-driven and passionate person

- Should have a track record of meeting sales target and contribute to the growth of the organization

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strategically and tactically drive sales and manage accounts to achieve overall revenue and profitability objectives.

- Develop Account management Plan and exceed revenue generation goals.

- Candidate must display leadership aptitude, strategic mindset, ability to spearhead an initiative and work closely with Delivery team

- Manage sales pipeline, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales projections and identify new business opportunities across the said domain
