-To be a Business Development Manager, you must be a hunter, driven and self-motivated. Your role is to drive the full sales cycle - build a pipeline, close business and make it rain.
-Drives for results focuses energy on high return opportunities. Progress sales cycle for opportunities from the point of qualification through to the completion of a commercial agreement.
- Business Acumen, adept at identifying and leveraging attractive new customers and opportunities. Scrub the market for new leads.
- Services knowledge, has a broad understanding of all services offered by Vertisystem and is able to effectively articulate the business value of each in ways that resonate with customers.
-Strong Experience in lead generation
- Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for employment services and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Design, develop, implement and maintain an effective business development and sales plan that will meet or exceed the company's sales objectives and revenue/profit goals
