Business Development Manager (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Collaboratively work with teams to develop an overall account plan to maximize opportunities and increase sales activity by acquiring new clients and managing business development activities entailing mapping of target segments to all services offered.
- Ensure closure of business to meet or/and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Create development plans including active sales pipeline and implementation
- Initiate & develop relationships with key decision makers
- Manage new opportunities routine follow up, forecast future activity, expand service offering, and explore new opportunities within existing clients/new clients.
- Generate leads, conduct business research, database building & management, business opportunity & risk analysis, Competitor Analysis
- Increase business conversion ratios for talent solutions there by increasing revenues
- Identify, analyses, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Participate in marketing related events, seminars, mailings and call campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the local market
Preferred Competence :
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
- Experience in End to End BD process cycle
- Ability to perform in a highly target driven environment and willingness to wear multiple hats
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, Negotiation & Influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving Skills
