Business Development Manager (2-6 yrs)
A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the business's market presence. - Identify and target potential clients through various channels, such as networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms. Generate leads and initiate contact to explore potential partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients. Highlight the company's value proposition and how it can address client challenges.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities. Drive negotiations to achieve win-win outcomes for the company and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new markets, regions, or segments for potential growth. Develop market entry strategies and oversee the implementation of expansion plans.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay updated with industry trends, establish connections, and promote the company's brand.
