We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our growth in the life insurance sector. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the life insurance market, as well as maintaining and building relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic plan for expanding our presence in the life insurance market

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, such as major insurance companies, agencies, and brokers

- Meet with clients to understand their needs and tailor insurance solutions to meet their requirements

- Collaborate with the underwriting team to negotiate and secure competitive rates and terms for clients

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to inform business development strategies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and implement sales campaigns and promotions

- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our reach and client base

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and drive results

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key business development activities and outcomes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree .

- 2 years of experience in any Field Sales.

- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and building relationships with clients.

- In-depth knowledge of the life insurance market and industry trends.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
