Business Development Lead - Training/Staffing & Education Consulting Vertical (4-6 yrs)
Job Description : Business Development Lead
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a background in BD/Sales to utilize their skillset in a fast growing organization with diverse portfolios in Training, Staffing & Education Consulting.
The following are indicative requirements of the job :
- Lead generation, Farming & Corporate Client management
- Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
- A go getter attitude, would manage an account based on region/industry and should be able to manage the clients pre & post contract award.
- Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with client
- Responsible for acquiring new clients, Identifying business opportunities, facilitating creation of solutions for clients, account management and revenue collection
- Prepare & deliver presentations to clients & help close the deal
- Should be willing to travel across India & global locations
- Report on sales activities to senior management
Skills :
- Excellent time management, Interpersonal and communication skills.
- 4 + years experience in BD in Training & Staffing Consulting firms, exposure to training industry is preferred.
- Background in HR/Knowledge in HR processes and relevant certifications are preferred
