Business Development Lead - Salary Advances & Company Tieups (4-8 yrs)
We are looking for a smart business development manager who would be responsible to corporate tie-ups and representing the brand to senior HR managers, CFOs and Heads of company. Candidate with business development and connections with HR & Finance Heads across companies would be preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Represent the company and product offering to decision makers of other companies specifically targeting CHROs and HR Managers across industries
- Able to build sales pitch and presentation for client engagement
- Engage with CHROs/CFOs & senior HR and Finance Managers across industry including Technology, Services and Manufacturing companies
- Responsible for adding new accounts and account management of current companies and see to it that we get maximum penetration of our product offering.
- Would need to travel to key metro cities to tie-up and engage with prospective clients.
- Attend industry functions, such as conferences, events to gather interested potential cus-tomers leads and follow up after the events.
- Developing a growth strategy focused on achieving divisional sales target.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and help develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Business Management.
- Minimum 4 years- experience in Sales and Business Development
- Strong references and connections with Senior HR and Finance managers across the country.
Competencies :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
- Passionate about sales / marketing and taking new initiatives.
- High ethical standard.
- Adaptable and able to work with colleagues and customers from different regions and cul-tures
