Business Development/Lead Generation Role - IT (3-6 yrs)
Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location : Remote/WFH
Experience : 3+ years
Key Activities:
- Utilize LinkedIn and email automation tools for lead generation and outreach.
- Manage and execute email and LinkedIn campaigns to nurture leads.
- Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation efforts to improve performance.
- Maintain and update lead and prospect information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach strategies and refine messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and drive results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of BDR/SDR experience within the technology sector.
- 2+ years of proven track record in selling software development services and closing sales.
- 2+ years of proven track record in business development and closing sales.
- Ability to understand technical concepts, possess enthusiasm for technology, and articulate clearly to all levels of technical aptitude.
- Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Result-oriented with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.
