Urgent Hiring: Business Development & Lead Generation - US & UK Shift (Immediate Joiners Only)

Location: Work from Office (Bangalore)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients in the US and UK markets. The role requires working in different time zones to align with US and UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Research and identify potential clients using various tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other databases.

- Generate high-quality B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.

2. Business Development:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

- Set up appointments and meetings for the sales team.

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

3. Market Research & Strategy:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Develop effective outreach strategies to penetrate the US and UK markets.

4. Cold Calling & Email Outreach:

- Conduct cold calls and follow-up with prospects to convert them into potential customers.

- Craft and execute email campaigns to nurture leads.

5. CRM Management & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

- Prepare reports on lead generation activities and performance.

Requirements:


- Experience: 1-5 years in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales.

- Shift: US & UK shift (Night & Evening shifts as per business needs).

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience with cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.

- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Understanding of the US & UK market trends and client needs.
