Business Development/Lead Generation Role (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and Prospect New Business Opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Lead Generation :
- Generate qualified leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management :
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
Collaboration with Internal Teams :
- Work closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance service offerings based on client interactions.
Sales Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, sales progress, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
