Job Description :
- Responsible for generating new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Should have good understanding staffing business, permanent & contract / temporary staffing
- Should be versed in IT concepts
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Drive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support client's hiring needs
- Creating & maintaining database of potential Client
- Negotiate the rates with the clients & candidates
- Follow up with clients till payment received
- Good communication skills
