Business Development/Inside Sales Role - SaaS/HRTech (1-3 yrs)

- We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

- We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the HR tech industry, seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through various channels and nurturing those leads to ensure a successful conversion rate.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy to attract potential customers and generate quality leads.

2. Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and create a targeted lead list.

3. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation campaigns that drive engagement and interest in our products.

4. Qualify leads through various channels, including email, social media, cold calling, and webinars.

5. Track leads and sales pipeline activity to ensure effective follow-up and conversion rates.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to establish a lead nurturing process to move leads through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.

7. Continuously analyze and improve lead generation processes and campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Tech, marketing, business, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably in the HR tech industry or B2B SaaS.

- Proven track record of successfully generating and nurturing leads.

- Strong knowledge of lead generation tactics, including email marketing, social media, and webinars.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages..

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
