Business Development/Field Sales Role - IT (0-1 yrs)
What you'll be doing :
- Identifying key target markets in Bangalore and MSME merchant categories like restaurants, retailers, wholesale / distributors, pharma companies, b2b or b2c sellers
- Visiting merchants at their office, outlet etc. and onboarding them on Open Book
- Understanding their business needs and solutioning the Open Book app & it's features
- Maintain relation with merchants and engage them on the platform
- Delivering sales targets by ensuring active engagement on the app and revenue generation from the merchant
- Provide on ground feedback from merchants to the relevant teams to help enhance the product experience and development
Skills :
- Should have good knowledge about B2B, SAAS Sales, QR & Point of Sale (POS)
- Should be confident & active
- Should be a Graduate/MBA with a strong sales & business development skills
Language Known (must) : English, Kannada, & Hindi
