Business Development Executive - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting product presentations to potential customers during scheduled site visits.
- Engaging in cold knocking activities to reach out to new prospects and generate interest in our products.(incentive based)
- Providing information about product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
- Collaborating with the sales team to coordinate and support marketing efforts.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently present and pitch products to potential customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
