What we are looking for:
We are looking to hire candidates who have been selling staffing and recruitment solutions to Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and payers (insurance providers) organizations (life sciences category). The incumbent should be persuasive and able to effectively hunt for leads through Cold Calling (60%), emailing (20%), and LinkedIn (20%) while handling objections to deliver qualified leads to the Sales Leader.
What will you do:
- Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/ weekly/monthly targets defined for self.
- Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
- Engage in meaningful conversation/s with key decision-makers and business owners.
- Conduct targeted surveys to identify the right business opportunity from prospects
- Adept at doing secondary research on companies and individuals using different data sources, and drilling out data to drive conversations
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, vocal and written, coupled with receptive listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Should have the desire and ability to work in a fast fast-paced, goal-oriented high-growth sales environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and Strong attention to detail.
- Mandatory skills in pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time & and territory management desired.
- Demonstrated aptitude for technology and sales
- Graduate/postgraduate in any stream.
