Business Development Executive/Manager - Advertising Sales (2-7 yrs)
Interact with internal graphic artists, marketing team and develop press advertisement, packaging, brochures, product literature, manuals, markings on equipment, sign boards, banners etc.
Good presentation and convincing skill, Expert in all types of Presentations.
Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and to optimize sales. (Primary focus on lead generation and database management)
To manage the marketing department budget.
Tracking competition.
Submit Field Visit Report to Management on weekly basis.
Performs any other duties or responsibilities that the management may assign from time to time as per business need.
Incentive would also be provided on over achievement of the monthly target
Selection Criteria
Required experience to sell Out of Home (OOH) hoardings - both digital & printed
Candidates required with experience in similar industry - PR / Advertising / Media
B2B Sales & Field Sales experienced candidate preferred
Candidate should be residing or ready to relocate Pimpri(Pune)
The candidate would be required to sell out of Home media to potential clients
Prior team handling experience is Must.

Business development executive :- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales ( ad sales, media sales, space sales)
( salary - 12k to 25 k)
Business development Manager :- Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in sales
Team handling experience is must for manager profile.
(salary 25k - 40k)
