Work Timing: 5 pm to 2 am (US shift)
Job Description:
Assist field sales team in executing business development activities.
Lead generation through exhaustive Market Research, cold calling, email campaigns and social media.
Interacting with potential customers and find the customers pain point and effectively address them.
Liaising with individuals identified as potential leads and working out schedules/appointments for field sales to follow up.
Lead qualification and opportunity generation by taking ownership of the sales process and progressing it.
Adept at presenting over online tools like WebEx, GoTo Meeting, JoinMe etc.
Regularly monitor and manage the updating of information related to leads, contacts, accounts and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records. Should be well versed with leading CRMs.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BSc(IT)/BSc(CS)/BCA/B.Tech) / MBA degree..
Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT Services.
Experience in the IT Services and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Experience in selling software services especially in US markets.
Adept in understanding different IT service offerings and ability to generate leads and build a pipeline.
Knowledge of BI services and related products is an advantage.
Ability to quickly research a prospect company and tailor your presentation to their specific needs.
Should have flair for technology and latest happenings across the world in IT industry.
Good convincing and negotiation skills
