Business Development Executive - IT (2-3 yrs)
- Generation of business through phone calls enquiries received in company mails
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Understands and has experience and knowledge of telesales techniques for prospecting
- Conducts proactive strategic calling & digital marketing campaigns eg LinkedIn
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
- Following up the clients with emails and through phone
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and working to build pipeline
