Business Development Executive - IT (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
Preferable if they have their own laptops to work on.
Exp : 1+ Year
Responsibility :
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Make cold calls for new business leads and establishing relationships.
- Following up swiftly on sales inquiries and sending out information.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media), LinkedIn, utilize the contacts lists to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Tasks & Activities :
- Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
- Approaching prospects through direct telesales methods in order to establish relationships and arrange new business opportunities.
Requirements :
- Previous experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry.
- Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Strong communication skills to communicate, present, assert and speak to all the different stakeholders involved.
- Must be able to cold call prospects with confidence.
