Job Profile:

- As Business Development sales Executive (Inside Sales), your principal responsibility will be to maximise revenue opportunities through establishing, developing, and maintaining long-term business relationships with our US clients.

- Establish initial contact over the phone and convince clients of the benefits of our Recruitment/HR Services services.

- Provide existing clients with proposals for projects, acquiring accounts/projects on a regular basis.

- Facilitate the smooth running of each new account/new project through regular liaison with all the offices and clients.

- Identify new market segments, new partnerships tap various business verticals and generate new clients for the company; by doing the cold calls, email marketing and social networking.

- Contact various IT, Non-IT and RPO clients over phone/email and turn the initial conversation(s) with potential and prospective leads.

- Conduct Market Research on identifying the new market segments, establishing new partnerships, tap various business verticals

- Prepare status reports, share updates with the leadership team& Propose new business strategies

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 1 to 4 years of business development/Sales/Marketing experience- for US Market

- Experience with Recruitment firm is highly desirable

- Strong Expertise in identifying potential market segments, and ability to generate strong leads and capability to qualify the generated leads is appreciated

- Should be hands on with Social Media Networking and should be capable of using multiple channels for marketing.

- Extremely good English communication and presentation skills.

- Should be able and willing to work in night shift.
