Experience : 0 To 1 Years,

Salary : 1.2 To 1.4 Lacs

Work Location : BANGALORE - HSR LAYOUT

Qlf : GRADUATE, any post graduate

Gender :No Preference

Working Days : 6 Days a week( 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Candidate must know how to communicate verbally in Hindi.

Hiring Process: Telephonic followed by Face to Face Interview.

Starting Salary: Rs 10K/month + Incentives during first 4-month probation, Rs 12K/month after that. (starting salary of people with relevant experience will be looked into case on case basis)

1)Candidate should know English and Hindi so that they can talk over phone

2)Its for fresher that you have to give your original(either of 10th or of 12th marksheet) so that you can work with us for 4 month after that you will get back your originals.its for our security.

3)In return we give you our company copy with sign and seal.when you complete 4 months you return that paper to us we return your original to you.

4)We want good candidates with good language, sensible, humble, respectful .They should know basic computer.

5)In sales candidates should know how to talk over phone..its not about hindi and english..there should be different personality for sales

Job Description: Responsibilities:

Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales. Responding to customer queries over the email and following end to end process for further follow ups. Contacting prospects that are generated by external sources of lead. Collaborate with Sales Supervisor to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects. Ensure compliance on lead follow-up process by using CRM. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e- mail cross-sell and up-sell. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices and do necessary negotiation. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database. Attend periodic sales training where applicable. Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position. Demonstrate initiative taking capabilities to improve team's productivity
