Job Duties:
- Acquiring new clients & managing the account from a long term perspective
- Meeting Prospective clients
- Be a single point contact for the client & the back end team
- Understanding client requirements and coordinating with internal departments to fulfill client requirements
- Ensure quality delivery standards
- Generating revenue
- Hand holding the client and solving their respective queries on day to day basis
- Tracking customer sales and doing touch base activities regularly to ensure repeat business
- Candidates preferred from the media/printing/brand advertising industry
- MIS making & tracking
