- Responsible for Client relationship management in the term of set up a Meeting with clients on weekly or monthly basis.
- Responsible for Sales Activity towards achievement of agreed Business targets in set of existing clients.
- Responsible to achieve sales targets/revenue from existing as well as new clients.
- Developing new clients by Cold Calling, Industry reference, Networking, repetitive online promotion, etc.
- Handling the entire hiring cycle starting from Internet sourcing and researching, networking, driving the selection process, interviewing, negotiating compensation and closing candidates.
- Dealing with IT/Infrastructure/Banking Domain organisations.
- Knowledge of Documentations like NDA/RFI/Contract Agreements/PO generation/client empanelment.
- Rate card Negotiation, Rate card Preparation.
- Handling Escalations.
- Identify and track competitor in the assigned clients and crack competitor business
- Effectively plan and prioritize individual sales activity to ensure target achievement
