Our client is building India's largest EV charging aggregator platform. They are the biggest player in Bangalore with over 6000 Charging Points. They deploy their own charging points and also aggregate charging points of other companies onto their platform.
The Job
As Business Development Executive, you will be generating, following up & closing leads in the designated area
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identifying customer requirements and offering solutions that meet them
- Negotiating and closing customer deals and getting the deployments done
- Achieving business goals, targets & milestones
- Researching, visiting the market, planning & implementing new market initiatives to generate new leads
- Ensuring customer satisfaction leads to retention & referrals
- Gathering consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and competition insights
- Planning and executing marketing activities, and campaigns and promoting the product portfolio
Ideal Candidate
Skills required:
- You have 1+years of experience
- You have exceptional sales closing, relationship building & account management skills
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You must have prior business development experience in the field
- You are self-motivated with a desire to make a difference & grow rapidly
- You have experience in Microsoft Office & google applications
- You have enthusiasm with a positive attitude to life (and work)
- You have good Interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
