Job Description :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Dealing with clients and clearing their queries through e-mails and social media.
- Online research and video analysis to make them more creative and high quality.
- Generating leads through social media, search engines and online bidding.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person via Skype and Emails.
- Handling the clients replies, negotiation process and timely deliveries Checking the final product and providing feedbacks to remove the loop holes Take timely follow-ups from the clients
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities. Pitching products and/or services
- Cold calling potential customers and Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events along with business development manager / seniors.
- Preparing presentations
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly.
- Developing production goals for the team and ensuring they are met, Supervising and coordination with production department.
- Addressed client needs and built financial plans while striving to outperform and exceed prior profitability and revenues.
- Strengthened working relationships with clients, utilizing excellent communication techniques.
- Create and support client retention strategies for existing customer base and for new customers.
- Understands and can articulate the client's most critical issues and challenges.
- Video marketing and online reputation management.
- Responsible for Key Client development, working with the wider business to maximize the business potential from each client relationship.
- The candidate would basically be responsible for Business Development Activities, which would mostly involve for Calling and Client Management.
- Should be good in client communication and liaison with sales team and data management to ensure effective customer handling.
