Business Development Executive - B2B Sales - Construction Equipment (0-5 yrs)
Summary : Confident, dynamic and enterprising business development professionals required for B2B sales. Opportunity requires interaction with B2B clients that are looking to buy unique services and expensive equipment.
Role & Responsibilities :
1) Generate new business opportunities from a client base that includes super HNIs, architects, interior designers, construction companies and entertainment companies
2) Manage interaction with business owners, C-Level executives, VPs & Directors, Department heads, senior managers and experienced professionals
3) Customer relationship management with regular communication & follow-ups and delivering great service for customers
4) Pitching business propositions for potential customers. Preparing & planning these pitches, customized to client requirements.
5) Servicing orders effectively and increasing order volumes, creating new avenues for order growth and ensuring service quality to clients
6) Creating sales communication that is effective, appealing and customized to client requirements
7) Networking with potential customers and identifying new avenues for effective networking opportunities
8) Work with other teams within organisation like operations and the leadership team to ensure successful deliveries for clients
9) Regularly meet clients and gather feedback to improve service delivery
10) Become a subject expert on the services provided by the company and effectively pitch these services
Skills, qualifications and experience :
1) Great communication skills (spoken and written) along with excellent presentation skills
2) Understanding of the nuances in B2B sales, dealing with large order sizes and managing multiple decision makers effectively
3) Ability to influence individuals, persuasive and confidence to interact with professionals across all levels
4) Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
5) Lead generation and strong follow up capabilities
6) Ability to work independently
7) Comfortable with on-field travel
