We have an opening for Business Development role with MNC Bank in Dubai.
Position: Business Development
Job Role:
1. Business Development - Personal Client Acquisition(PEC)
- Direct sales(outdoor) of Multi products, CREDIT CARD being the core product 60% Credit Card and 40% other multi products.
- Candidates with selling Banking Products experience are preferred
- Candidate must be holding a Bachelors degree.
- With strong bank statements can be considered
- Building rapport with customers and securing sales
- Develop new business to drive profitable growth by maximizing Net Premium Written (NPW) and profit of Commercial and Personal retail banking products for the organization in an assigned territory
- Achieving the target given to him/her.
- Meeting the HNI and NRI clients, selling our products and building relationships.
- Filling in Timely Reports and using the CRM.
- Adherence to our company norms and values, integrity, passion for customer service - which will ensure an eye for a win - win solution to all transactions.
- Meeting the monthly collection target in terms of booking amount and follow-up for payments.
- Liaison and synergize with various internal departments and contribute to sales strategies.
- This is not a team handling role
