Business Development Coordinator - Education (1-3 yrs)
Business Development Coordinator ( Corporate Relations)
Responsibilities :
- Intra-organizational coordination : Regular interaction and coordination between students and the learning & hiring team of AlmaBetter.
- Analyse performance of students on different program elements and propose interventions to improve lagging metrics.
- Identify and resolve all program related problems, formulate advance strategies for better performance.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with business stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinating and arranging events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
- Providing effective administrative support.
Requirements :
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Great networking abilities
- Attention to Detail and Smart Worker
- Exposure to LSQ would be a plus
- Resourceful with outstanding research skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other hiring portals.
- Excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills
- High customer centricity, to understand student expectations and support them to achieve their goals and ensure the team achieve their targets.
- Ability to structure, design & execute processes.
