BD Consultant(Staffing Service Sales) for a Search Firm - InnoQuest Consulting (freelance opportunity)
Job Description
- The incumbent will be responsible for selling staffing services to IT/ITeS/BFSI/Telecom/Media etc clientele.
- Commission based remuneration dependent on client conversion/on boarding
Primary Responsibilities
Business Development :
- Responsible for getting new leads/requirements leading to revenue growth. Identify potential new business opportunities aligned with the organization sales strategy
- Creating and maintaining database of potential Clients.
- Cold calling, e-mailing done regularly and sales leads generation. Coordinate with the management team and ensure required information for the engagement is sent to the client.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the B.D. activity
- Submit weekly progress reports on client acquisition status
- Bd strategy and planning
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
- Ideal candidate must be Graduate with 3+ Years of experience in Staffing sales/ Recruitment sales
- Alternately also considering candidates who come with good network in the industry and can leverage the same resulting in new client acquisition/engagement
- Should have sound industry knowledge
- Should have excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills
- Good Analytical skills, Computer Proficiency, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Salesmanship.
- Must be target and result oriented. Self-motivated and target driven with a flair to excel and grow
