Location: Gurgaon
Reporting to: VP Business Development (International)
Job Description:
- Identify, evaluate and implement new lucrative business propositions. Prospect and acquire new clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of New Client Acquisition, number of projects and value and build a robust pipeline of Business Leads
- Experience working in a targeted business to business (B2B) sales environment, have a passion for sales and building profitable relationships with the ability to get on with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience in an Outbound telesales/cold calling environment, with a proven track record of achieving challenging activity targets (B2B experience desirable)
- Experience of developing new business leads, diary management and appointment setting for field based teams
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build productive trust relationships with customers
- A proven track record of achieving challenging financial sales and customer retention targets.
- Ability to actively listen to and understand the customers' needs, remaining knowledgeable on products offered with the ability to discuss available options.
- Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- 2 to 4 year of experience
- Graduate, Post Graduate, MBA
- A mature approach to intelligent consultative selling and up selling, managing the sales process with potential, new and existing customers, ensuring that we keep as much repeat business as possible and developing relationships.

- Highly organized, accurate, logical and methodical approach to work.
- The ability to assess customers- needs and provide assistance and information on products and services.
An outside the box, pro-active approach to self-generate new business.
