Business Development & Client Relationship Consultant - HR Consulting & Advisory Firm (3-5 yrs)
We are young HR Consulting & Advisory firm.
We are looking for smart professionals, with great communication skills and who have experience of consultative selling. If you have the drive with no inhibition to making cold / warm calls to clients, are able to understand client requirements and promote the services of the Consulting practise, have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, are not particularly fussed about a monthly salary and are happy to make more income in terms of commission, then you are the one we are looking for.
You responsibilities would include the following :
- Identify businesses/relationships who could be potential clients, and develop relationships.
- Generate revenue in a target driven environment
- Close deals
- Client Relationship
The Successful candidate would be :
- Ideally a Female candidate would be preferred.
- An MBA(Sales & marketing), with good communication skills with an experience of min. 3 years in a professional organisation, ideally in a client facing / similar role.
- You would have not inhibition to make cold calls to clients and pitch business
- A go getter attitude, self motivated person, who think s/he is a part of the solution and not the problem, and does not take come back with no for an answer. Yet ensuring that the client or prospective client is not harassed with calls.
- A professional approach, eye for detail and quality, is extremely critical for success in this role.
