Business Development/Channel Partner Role - Real Estate (8-15 yrs)

- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;

- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

- Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.

- Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.

- Develop and implement strategies for new services.

- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.

- Assists in the development of annual sales goals.

- Assists in the completion of monthly targets.

- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and - deliver accurate business reports.

- Build referral and lead generation network.

- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships Identify and develop business opportunities.

Channel Sales :

- Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.

- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.

- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.

- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.

- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate

- Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.

- Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.

- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.

- Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
