Business Development/B2B Sales Role - Travel Package (2-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Visiting travel agents across locations for sales.
- Monitoring query flow of live agents.
- Activate the inactive agent.
- Onboarding new agents for Thailand DMC sales.
- Monitoring activities of competitors in the market & updating on day-to-day basis to the management.
- Servicing agencies in a given market developing & maintaining relations with them on a regular basis.
- Explaining our services of Thailand DMC to travel agents.
- Working with all big & small B2B agents.
- Responsible for collection of payment from Agent if required.
- Credit flow up & collection.
- Being updated with competition.
- Preparing plans & sales reports.
- Sharing Daily Sales and meeting report
What you'll do :
- Identify the location travel agents & partner with them to sell tour packages.
- Attending queries for B2B Thailand Hotels/ Tours/ Packages.
- Working closely with operations team to get you reverts on time.
- Calling & data collection for new Travel Agent acquisition.
- Sending promotional Flyers and packages
- Build relationship with B2B agents
- Take booking requirements/ Queries from agents & work with operations team in quotation/execution.
- Generate monthly reports on B2B sales.
- Travel to different cities in your state/ zone / location to collaborate with local agents.
- Candidates should at least have 2 years- experience in B2B sales for travel or hospitality industry.
