Business Development Associate - Wind Project (2-4 yrs)
1. Support the Principal in securing mandates & funds for Wind projects (Greenfield and Commissioned)
2. Discover unique high growth/ value investing Wind asset ideas; dissect them in to business, earnings and valuation models and reproduce them in to a crisp report.
3. Closely deal with Indian and Global Investors / Banks / Financial Institutions for project finance closure
4. Perform financial analysis and debt scenario models for lender discussions using various methodologies including discounted cash flow and transaction comparable
5. Execute due diligence process on financial documents for any investment discussions in projects
6. Responsible for research and business intelligence apart from data crunching
